Robert,

Thank you for all the good points. I will definitely get this in. This was
sent out to get in on peoples’ agenda. I do hope that we will have also
other regional representation.

Following the low interest in the GFC, I will convene a new WG on the GFC
for more systematic contributions.

Re funding: We will, of course, look at all possible sources. For the time
being, I advise all Bureau members to fill in the fellowship forms (I have
also some sighs!)

I will be off tomorrow to New York to fight (what else) for CS participation
at the M+5

Renate:

I am still trying to find funding to attend the PrepCom.

Regardless if I can find funding, I would like to suggest two possible
additions to the meeting agenda:

1. Virtual participation and collaboration

- Review of WSIS CS related websites, blogs, and ways to virtually
collaboration both during the prepcom and beyond.

In terms of speakers, i would propose Derrick Cogburn (if he's willing),
Rik and myself.

2. Working Groups - North America & Europe.

I would like to propose a WG / breakout session be set aside for the NA &
European group.

As well , I do remind you that Adina has been added to the Bureau list.
Adina, please confirm this..

regards

Robert

Dear all,

Please find below and attached the program for the Orientation session to be
held on 14 February. We would still like to hear who is coming; particularly
which caucuses and WGs will be represented to better meet their needs.
