Renate:

I just want to confirm a need that you likely already know about - 
that of booking an appropriately sized room (for 20-30) persons for 
CSB meetings


Title of meeting: Civil Society Bureau (CSB) meeting

Date:  I would be of the opinion that we would need at least 1 to 2 
meetings before the prepcom and then at least one each day.

Timing / Duration: 2-3 hours

# of persons attending: since there were approx 20 persons in Cape 
town i would expect no less. I would say we should have a room with 
capacity of 30 (as a min)

Interpretation: English/French/Spanish (all three needed)

Technical Services: needs are as follows:

* Internet access - via wireless is preferred
* As translation needed - need room with microphones
* If room with projector can be obtained it would be great, as it 
would allow not only presentations to be given to CSB but also 
virtual participation (if using internet)
