[CS Bureau] Tunisian meetings?

At the meeting it Cape town, as in the past Mustafa, Monsef and 
others stated very publicly that they were there for us - to help 
answer questions and help serve as a liaison with the Tunisian 
government and the planning committee for the Tunis summit. It seemed 
like an  honest and genuine offer - that would be great to follow-up 
on.

So let's get started on building that relationship, let's plan some 
meetings (be they informal or formal) so that we can get know our 
Tunisian colleagues and they in turn can learn about us as well.
