Financial situation as of 24 th of January 2005

On page 8 there's an entry -

Tunisia (commitment for fellowships for civil  society participation 
in the Summit)  400 000  CHF

that's a nice some of money  - are there any details about it? it's 
something that's been asked before with no stated reply from our 
Tunisian colleagues that are on this list.

So i'd like to flag the issue now in he hope we can get a reply 
before the prepcom. if that doesn't happen, i'll suggest a call be 
made to national governments to raise the issue with the Tunisians so 
that they can - clarify - the exact details...
