[CS Bureau] Planning for PrepCom 3

Hi Robert,

Yes, planning is underway for Sunday 18 September, immediately preceding
PrepCom 3. I sent out earlier messages to the Bureau, but have not received
any response.

So far we have booked a room in the ITU, as Palais des Nations is not
possible on Sundays. All relevant actors will participate. More during the
week when I will be back in Geneva.

Several colleagues have already contacted me in regards to CS  
orientation events that might be planned for the upcoming Prepcom in  
September.

I have answered, that to my knowledge - nothing is yet planned, but  
something will be organized as we get closer.

There is International  Privacy meeting in Montreaux days before the  
Prepcom, and as such it would be good to liase with you and the CONGO  
WSIS team to make sure events can be co-ordinated.
