Bineta Diop did not fill in the online registration form - Bahiyyih  
Chaffers did. Other than you telling me, i have no way to confirm who  
in fact was the alternate NGO focal point. Thanks for pointing it  
out. If you can send me Bineta's contact info, i will modify/update/ 
revise the file i maintain.
