[CS Bureau] Orientation package

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for taking some time to think about an orientation pack. If  
CONGO has the capacity to develop the items mentioned in the email  
then great, lets go with that.

Can I remind you that I have a commitment from HIVOS - though it has  
not been formally taken up to put in Euro2,500. This could be used to  
employ a dedicated writer of some pieces that are outstanding or in  
production. What do people think would be the best use? I need to get  
back to HIVOS either way.

In addition to the planned content of the pack, I think some  
documentation on Internet Governance would be helpful. An basic issue  
sheet - which could be the one put out by Panos recently and some  
opinions would be helpful. I also have a paper on it which could be  
helpful and recently spoke with someone at the Diplo Foundation -  
they have great material. I can provide contacts.

Also, my name is TracEy NAUGHTON.

Please let me know whether or not to enter into a formal agreement  
with HIVOS. Perhaps CONGO would take it up from here?
