Dear CSB members
This is most critical, and the CSB must take a strong stance.
I am really afraid that without a strong CS protector that
we have in the phase I with Adama, the CS is going to be kicked
out from the process
What have been the motives of this non-inclusive decision ?
that concerns incredibly enough *all* GFC meetings
and which seem to be against Karklins proposal which
seems disawowed ?
That the Civil Society spoke too much at the last "Informal meeting"
that was not even a GFC meeting ?
That the fight for power between ITU and UNESCO is too dirty to
be witnessed by innocent eyes ?
That this was at the request of the UN specialized agencies
that notoriously less inclusive than the WSIS ?
We would like to know the real motives of this most stupendous
decisions.
Best regards
Francis
