I would  warmly support that the CSB should adopt such a statement
( possibly improved ) and send such stamtement to Utsumi.
After all, it is ITU that is organizing the WSIS, and also
this event in Korea !, therefore, unlike the meeting in Teheran
( where also the CSB should adopt a statement of course ),
the organizers cannot pretend not to ignore the inclusive rules
of the WSIS. !
It is a pity that the CS in Korea ( one of the most
advanced and networked country in the world ) could
not attend this WSIS event

Therefore ITU should get the signal !
