Hi

We did make a firm decision to communicate to Derrick that the 
following are difficulties that prevent us from using the tool yet.

1. There are CSB people who have to pay to use cyber cafes and dial up.
2. The tool does not have translation. (Derrick did say he is looking 
at this)
3. The software is Microsoft - yes that was Francis (I believe that 
Derrick has open source versions)
4. No one felt ready to be a moderator.
5. I undertook to get more familiar with it because it would be great 
to meet this way if the obstacles could be removed.
6. I undertook to communicate our decision to Derrick and have done 
just a little while ago.

Robert was not present but I have just talked to him (voice over 
internet) and he agrees that these are all real difficulties but agrees 
that it would be good to find a way to meet virtually. He suggested 
skype -  a computer to computer voice connector. If we could all be at 
a computer and on line at one time we could talk and interpret as we 
go. Still a hard way to meet, but its the cheapest option and is best 
for language. There is still a cost at the cyber cafe end, though 
relatively small than for example a telephone conference carried by 
phone companies.

Nous avons pris une dcision ferme pour communiquer la tour que ce qui 
suit sont des difficults qui nous empchent d'utiliser l'outil encore.

1. Il y a des personnes de CSB qui doivent payer pour puiser les cafs 
et le cadran de cyber.

2. L'outil n'a pas la traduction. (la tour a indiqu qu'il regarde ceci)

3. le logiciel est Microsoft - oui qui tait Francis (je croyez que la 
tour a des versions ouvertes de source)

4. que personne ne se sont sentis prts tre un modrateur.

5. Je me suis engag devenir plus familier avec lui parce qu'il serait 
grand de rencontrer de cette faon si les obstacles pourraient tre 
enlevs.

6. Je me suis engag communiquer notre dcision la tour et avoir fait 
juste il y a un peu de moment.

Robert n'tait pas prsent mais je lui ai juste parl (voix au-dessus 
d'Internet) et il convient que ce sont toutes de vritables difficults 
mais convient qu'il serait bon de trouver une manire de se runir 
pratiquement. Il a suggr le skype - un ordinateur au connecteur de voix 
d'ordinateur. Si nous pourrions tout tre un ordinateur et sur la ligne 
en mme temps nous pourrions parler et interprter pendant que nous 
allons. Une manire toujours dure de se runir, mais son l'option la 
meilleur march et est la meilleure pour la langue. Il y a toujours un 
cot l'extrmit de caf de cyber, cependant relativement petite que par 
exemple une confrence de tlphone porte par des compagnies de tlphone.
