Dear Esther and Aidan (Trade Union Caucus of WSIS)

Just to clarify the status of the Trade Union Caucus on the Civil 
Society Bureau (CSB). A full review of active and non-active caucuses 
was done between November and February and it is attached.

Your seat was always reserved because there had been some communication 
with Viola on your transitions.

It's great though that we now have your report as they are being 
compiled. The Gender and LAC caucuses have also sent their report and 
we anticipate one from West Asia too. So in the end the ones that were 
removed really are inactive.
