I should have used IF (if it's to be used by the
bureau, etc.) The reaction of the meeting was
there are problems, it needed more study, but
they were open to experiment. Apologies for that.

I believe the answer's probably no. But I'm not a bureau member...
If I remember correctly, one Bureau member said
it would be problematic to use as they would be
accessing from cyber cafes, etc. It's in
Tracey's email.

People tried using the software (Elluminate?) a
few months back, concern I remember was about it
requiring java (Sun's JRE, java trap etc.), but
perhaps there was more. I have no idea if the
thing's Free Software or not. My understanding
is that it works on Free Software platforms.
Perhaps you could try it?
