[CS Bureau] CS Contribution to Tunis Summit Preparations & the WSIS Implementation

Dear Colleagues,

As promised, please find attached the final version of the document on the 
Civil Society Contribution to the Tunis Summit Preparations and the WSIS 
Implementation.

After circulating the document in the plenary, we integrated feedback from 
different caucuses and working groups. Tracey then reviewed the document in 
particular for its form, but also making sure that all comments be 
integrated. The French version still needs to be updated.

Comme promis, veuillez trouver ci-joint la version finale du document 
concernant la contribution de la société civile aux préparatifs du Sommet 
de Tunis et de la mise en oeuvre du SMSI.

Après l'avoir circulé en plénière, nous avons intégrés les commentaires des 
différents caucus et groupes de travail. Tracey a ensuite revu le document 
tout particulièrement pour sa forme, mais également pour s'assurer que tous 
les commentaires y soient intégrés. La version française doit encore être 
mise à jour.

Como prometido, encontrarán en el fichero añadido el documento final 
relativo a la contribución de la sociedad civil a las preparaciones de la 
Cumbre de Túnez et la implementación de la CMSI.

Después de haber circulado el texto en plenaria, hemos integrado los 
comentarios de diferentes grupos de trabajo. Tracey ha luego revisado el 
texto particularmente con respecto a la forma, pero también para estar 
seguros que todos los comentarios hechos estén en el documento. La versión 
francesa todavía necesita adaptación.
