So what do we do with this now?

The governmental bureau circulated our earlier document the day after 
we met with them, and some of our suggestions were put forward in the 
submit modalities document.

My suggestion would be to  submit this document as an official 
submission to the WSIS process. I'm not sure if it's too late - but 
certainly worth a try.

Can someone as the ES what the exact procedure we need to follow  is 
to have it appear under "NGO input" and not miscellaneous stuff.
