An issue that we seem to have to resolve is WHO communicates to whom
in name of the CSB.
While we can all have our concerns and different approaches - we
shouldn't have different persons all contacting the ITU, the
executive secretariat of WSIS, etc, and each saying a different
thing. Different voices - can lead to confusion , one which we can't
afford at this stage.
if i recall well (and perhaps I don't), we the CSB nominated two
polical "heads" to deal with these high level entities. It is
through these two persons that the ITU and WSIS are expecting to
interact with.

one was already granted. let's be realistic - people and
organizations have already sent in info and documentation to the
organizers. it's likely we might have a few days extra - but beyond
that, it will be complex. SUBMIT - and now. if it's in by this week,
you might be ok.

who speaks in name of the CSB ? you can, as an NGO send a letter to
ask for an extension - to send it on behalf of the CSB should only be
done if there's adecuate time to hear the reasoning and there's
consensus.

coordinate CS proposals - i think we don't have the capacity to do
so. We have no funds, no time - and would prefer to leave it to an
independent body. If we can't get funds then i would prefer it be
left to the ITU to do.
if they want us to do it - we need to be adecuately resourced.

DOCUMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN DISCUSSED AND AGREEDED TO. YOU MISSED YOUR CHANCE.
