[CS Bureau] orientation pack

Hello All

I have just heard from HIVOS they can commit Euro2,500 to the 
development of the civil society orientation pack. A number of 
approaches have been made to Tunisian officials to look at the proposal 
but we don't have any word yet.

Is anyone else following this up?
