[CS Bureau] TR: Office and meeting space for CS in Tunis

Dear all,

 

The Executive Secretariat had asked us to submit CS needs for Office and
meeting space urgently, as available space becomes more and more an issue.
NGLS, ICV and CONGO met yesterday and agreed to submit the following:

 

We would need:

 

*	1 equipped Office (tel/fax pc, printer and photocopyier) for CSB
Secretariat
*	1 of the same for all other structures
*	1 meeting room for CSB  up to 30 persons
*	1 meeting room for Caucuses/WGs, same size
*	1 large meeting room for CS Plenary, 

All rooms to be Wifi and LAN equipped, with fully unfiltered, unblocked and
cost-free Internet access.

Chers tous, 

 

Le Secrétariat Exécutif nous a demandé de lui fournir en toute urgence les
besoins de la Société Civile en terme d’espaces de bureaux et de réunion, du
fait que la question des espaces disponibles devient de plus en plus
problématique. Le NGLS, ICV et la CONGO se sont réunis hier et ont convenu
de soumettre la demande suivante :

 

Nous avons besoin de :

 

*	1 bureau équipé (téléphone, fax, pc, imprimante et photocopieuse)
pour le Secrétariat du BSC.
*	1 autre identique pour les autres structures. 
*	1 salle de réunion pour le BSC pouvant contenir jusqu’à 30
personnes. 
*	1 salle de réunion  pour les Caucus / Groupes de travail, même
taille. 
*	1 grande salle de réunion pour la Plénière de la Société Civile. 

Toutes ces salles doivent être équipées de connexions Internet WiFi et LAN,
non filtrées, non bloquées et gratuites.
