Dear Renata

In Geneva, we had one closed office room (cubicle )
per family with a desk, chairs, and a computer,
it was a real necessity.
Of course an open meeting room is important,
We really need to have working desks to work quietly
on our computers, be able to receive guests, and have
private meetings.
We need the same in Tunis.

Will they have dynamic IPs or routable static IPs ?
We need routable static IPs to able to establish
virtual conferencing.

Now concerning the procedure :
> The Executive Secretariat had asked us to submit CS needs for Office and
> meeting space urgently, as available space becomes more and more an

Despite all the good will of the NGLS, ICV and CONGO, we would
appreciate that the CSB be consulted before submitting CS needs,
as you can see, there are some points that might have escaped to their
notice.
May be some other CSB members have more to add.

The question that would stay however :
are the requirements sent by the CSB
truely reflect the need of the whole CS ?
Should the plenary be consulted too ?

Thanks

Francis
