Hi Tracey,
This is for the Tunis Summit and not for PrepCom3 and compares what we had
at the Geneva Summit which altogether was less than what we are asking now.
This request does not include space requested for parallel or side events.
>From what I hear there is only one room for up to 200 persons, unless they
are willing to give us the "Committee as a whole" plenary room in the
mornings between 8:30 -10:00, which again is a security issue. Will continue
to keep pushing.
Warmest
Renata

Hi Renata
Thanks for looking at spaces etc. I just want to be clear. Does this
mean that there would be two rooms for 30 people and the plenary room
available to civil society - i.e. three rooms in total?
Will that be enough to carry all the caucus meetings? I have a sense
that we have needed more spaces to juggle all the meetings in the past.
Would the frequency and volume of meetings be smaller during the Summit
or the same?
I am just hoping to avoid a hue and cry about insufficient space. It
could be worth asking Adina how many rooms she needed to cope with all
the meetings, at the last PrepCom.
thanks
Tracey
