Renate:
If possible, i would suggest that you add :
1. a TV or Monitor with feed to the plenary to the list. A monitor
placed somewhere in the CS secretariat space would allow people to
follow the proceedings in the plenary room - without having to be
there...
2. overpass access - for CSB secretariat to have access to the summit
"secretariat" and "press" areas. During the Geneva summit one always
needed to be accompanied to the secretariat space - which was were
one needed to go to get things resolved.
