Subject: FW: CSB request for space in Tunis
Dear Toru,
With greetings in the meantime from Montreal and, after consulting with the
CSB, I reiterate the following and count on your support for CS:
We would need:
* 1 equipped Office (pc, printer and photocopyier,) for CSB
Secretariat
* 8 (or as many as you can get) cubicles with desk, pc (if possible)
and chairs for the different Families to work from and receive visitors
* 1 meeting room for CSB up to 30 persons
* 1 meeting room for Caucuses/WGs,
* 1 large meeting room for CS Plenary
All rooms to be Wifi and LAN equipped, with fully unfiltered, unblocked and
cost-free Internet access. There should also be routable static IPs for
virtual conferencing.
In addition we need a TV or Monitor with feed to the plenary. A monitor
placed somewhere in the CS secretariat space would allow people to follow
the proceedings in the plenary room - without having to be there...
Finally, we would need overpass access - for CSB secretariat to have access
to the summit "secretariat" and "press" areas.
I wish you all the best in negotiating this for us as good as possible. My
best regards,
Renata
