Thanks for your comment Joseph.

 

My understanding is that Caucus Focal Points will be provided with the
electronically compiled list of overpass requests, and then would have the
responsibility to effectively check who is actually member of the caucus or
not. I also requested Robert to set up the online registration so that
requesters could not tick more than 2/3 groupings to prevent anybody tick
all boxes and to limit the impact of multiple affiliations.

Je pense que la méthode d'inscription proposée par Robert est bonne.
Quelques

précautions à prendre cependant. L'information étant passée sur la liste de
la

plénière, il y a des risques que des participants n'appartenant et n'étant

actifs dans aucun caucus du SMSI s'inscrivent dans un caucus ou groupe

quelconque, juste pour avoir leur passe. La supervision des membres actifs
et

donc du point focal du caucus ou de la famille est indispensable pour éviter

des aberrations.

L'idée n'est pas pour effectuer un contrôle intempestif mais pour éviter que
des

participants réguliers du processus du SMSI ne soient laissés sur le bord du

chemin.
