Internet governance caucus would like an office
for November 13-15. All day, for 3 days.
Before I fill out the form I'd like to get
reaction from bureau members. I am hoping you
will see this as a sensible request and not
selfish. We don't want a room to sleep in!
We expect Sub-Committee A will be meeting almost
continuously (Sub-Committee B also?) If the
committee works as it did during PC3 in Geneva
then we can expect to be a called on at almost
anytime to give a comments. It got quite hectic.
We would like a space where we can draft text. A
space where other caucuses and WG can come and
find us and give text and work on drafts. A place
to coordinate who will speak. We may have a
limited seats in the main hall, expect people
will be going back and forward from the hall to
the drafting room. etc. They need somewhere to go
to!
A printer is necessary as the Sub-Committee staff
ask for any comments to be handed in as a printed
copy.
I don't know what's happening with Sub-Committee
B, but they may benefit from the same.
None of us know the Kram Center, I think we need
central points where we can find each other and
work.
Could the CS secretariat also push for overflow
rooms with video so we can all follow what's
going on.
I'll wait for comments before submitting forms.
Many thanks,
Adam
