[CS Bureau] Néstro Busso as LAC contact

Dear SC Bureau members,

I am writing you on behalf of LAC organizations who are actively  
involved on the WSIS process and activities in the region. We would  
like to ask you for taking Néstor Busso (nbusso at radioencuentro.org),  
instead of me, as civil society LAC contact regarding to the next  
Tunis Summit and the further period.

I also would like to thank you for all the support given until now to  
encourage that the LAC region can walk together with all the other  
geographical areas of the civil society in this process.
