Dear George,

 

As said in my previous e-mail we will have 7 offices available; so giving an
office to the IG caucus during PrepCom 3 can be done, I can see that every
body agrees.  I think your idea of sharing offices within caucuses can be
done. Please let me know and we can see how can we arrange this, but please
make sure your caucus really need this working space at the time request.

I also discussed this with my PCT WG co-coordinator, Francis Muguet.

 

Having some kind of office space for the PCT WG and/or the European

Family would be incredibly helpful. I don't really expect the

infrastructure to be as good as it was in Geneva -- and that was bad.
