Sean, we did make good use of that room. A lot of drafting took place 
there. And it was also used by other groups.

of course, why not. Such a room is very good for emergency cases when a 
few people really need to concentrate for some hours and thus need to be 
shielded of.

I think this is a good idea to have in addition another room for such 
purposes. I wouldn't be to rigid about time restrictions though.
