Dear Alejandra,
As Adam mentionned, the working group B on follow-up will be in the same
situation as the IG caucus, at least during the PrepCom phase where the pace
will be intense.
Normally, the two sub-committees should not be meeting at the same time
(given the limited human resources of certain small delegations), but there
is a great likelyhood that small drafting groups will be set in the
intervals.
When do you expect to have confirmation of the availability of the
facilities for civil society during the PrepCom ?
The key logistical elements will be :
- power cables for laptops (numerous outlets)
- the printers
- the photocopier
- wifi access (any final information on whether it will be free or not ?)
 Bertrand
