Dear all

I may have a problem getting to Tunis on Sunday (passport problems, delays
in visa arriving from Jakarta).

When a meeting sked is finalized, we will try to get one of the members of
the Asia Pacific Caucus (who are there, and not busy with PC3 resumed) to
attend for us.

I suggest concerns on speaking slots be communicated directly with IG
CAucus and Followup Group -- as they will be the ones directly working on
the texts historically and should have priority. Other caucuses with
specific texts on SubCom A and B language should also contact the
aforementioned working groups directly.

I am very disappointed at recent developments as posted on the plenary lists:
- from the strategic: political pressure on the Citizens Summit adn
certain side events (i.e., shutting down of venues); lack of/delay in
transparency regard HOst Country Agreement; decisions on limiting
immunities to KRAM-based events;
- to the particular: overpricing in equipment rentals
