Chers collègues,

Je ne pourrais être à Tunis que le dimanche 13 au soir et donc ne pourrais
malheureusement pas participer à la première réunion du bureau.
Salutations distinguées et bonne réunion.

Selon CONGO - Philippe Dam <wsis at iprolink.ch>:

> I received the confirmation that we can have a CSB meeting at 10:30 AM on
> Sunday Morning, before the opening of PrepCom-3.
>
>
>
> The UN security staff will proceed with a bomb clearance at the Kram center,
> which might be over at 8:00 AM on 13 November. Therefore entrance at the
> Kram center will be made possible right after the bomb clearance is
> completed.
>
>
>
> The official opening of the Kram and the flag ceremony will take place at
> 11:00, but I was just told by the UN security officer that access to the
> Kram will be possible to WSIS badge holders from 8:30 at Gate 4, except of
> course if they face serious problems with bomb clearance !
