[CS Bureau] orientation press kit

Dear Renate,

I'm having a look at the orientation kit revised for thge Summit and I 
got shocked. The information about the Gender Caucus in the orientation 
kit was out dated, completly out dated. In the page 48 quote two people 
with the respectives emails that was involved in the GC ages ago. The 
list servers etc. info is how was in 2003!!!!

But if you go to the CONGO's website:

page 25 you will reach the correct info. How it could happen?

In the message sent by CONGO in 11/10 says:

"As PrepCom-3 has finished and the Orientation Kit we have done was 
consider as a useful tool for CS participants, we would like to do an 
update of it to be distributing in the Summit. We would like to know if 
you have any suggestions of information that your consider will need to 
be added to the Orientation Kit"

We was OK with the info that appears in the old orientation kit. It was 
a completly surprise with this mistake. What does CONGO can do about?
