[CS Bureau] CSB meeting on monday

Dear all,

This is just to underline that the ITU legal adviser will participate in the
next CSB meeting, to be organised Monday 14th November (CS Pavillon),
12:00-13:00 (PrepCom-3 break), to discuss legal issues (immunities, 
)
pertaining to CS participation in WSIS.
