[CS Bureau] Leftover over passes

Dear Philippe

It seems the education taskforce is going to need another 10 overpasses.
Some people registered directly with Robert and i'd like to honor their
request besides the list i had compounded already from requests on the
edu-list.

I suspect some over groups might need more and others may not have used up
their full contingent. It might be nice if you could evaluate the situation
and see if we can pool the remaining passes and redistribute them
accordingly. I realize you have done a great job at collecting lists and
names and that this is going to require some more work but it will ensure
the fullest presence of civil society in the Summit
