Dear all,
Further to our discussions in CS Bureau meetings during PrepCom-3, and
following Moncef's proposal to get in touch with COSMSI Secretary General in
that regard, we wait for a confirmation that arrangements could be taken for
CSB members during the Summit in Tunis Nord (close to the Kram Exhibition
Center) during the Summit. We had a discussion this afternoon with COSMSI in
that direction and they would come back to us with a solution proposal.
However, please note that there is no arrangement that the cost would be
covered by the Host Country. I would like therefore to clarify that the
collective reservation is based on the principle that every organisation has
to cover the cost for its representatives. We would let you know as soon as
we have further indication on the related cost.
We received and answer from:
- Amir Barmaki
- Tracey
- Viola
- Alan Alegre
- Ann-Kristin Hakansson
- Ramin Kaweh
- Joseph Sarr
- Delphine Nana
- Titilayo Akisanmi
Above-mentioned CSB members should indicate if they wish single or double
room (single room requested by default) and indicate the dates of your stay
(if not already done).
Best regards,
Philippe Dam
