[CS Bureau] Update - Orietation Kit

Dear all,

 

As PrepCom-3 has finished and the Orientation Kit we have done was consider
as a useful tool for CS participants, we would like to do an update of it to
be distributing in the Summit. 

We would like to know if you have any suggestions of information that your
consider will need to be added to the Orientation Kit.

We want to add the following information: 

-  PrepCom3, a report of what has happened in Geneva, drafting groups,
decisions made to finalized negotiations.

- Update information on Tunis Summit process and modalities, information of
participants.

- Include guide-lines of the CS Plenary, the Content and Themes (event if
they have not been approved, it will be for information and consideration)
and the CSB. We will explain the drafting and adoption process.

- A Guide to main thematic issues: Internet Governance, Follow Up and
Implementation, Financing ICT’s for Development, Human Rights, Regional
Perspectives, Cultural Diversity and Multilingualism. 

- Update information of contact points from CSB and Working Groups and
Caucuses.

- A Glossary with most useful abbreviations within the WSIS. (As annex)
