[CS Bureau] Information about overpasses in Tunis (HLP and Plenary meetings)

Objet : demande d'1 passe supplémentaire (pour le Sommet de Bilbao)

Chers tous,

La famille des Villes et Autorités Locales avait demandé, comme il était indiqué
auparavant, un passe pour le Panel de Haut Niveau. Cependant, il ne faut pas
perdre de vue que, à la suite du Sommet Mondial des Villes et Pouvoirs Locaux
qui se tiendra à Bilbao les 9, 10 et 11 novembre 2005 à Bilbao, une délégation
de pouvoirs locaux se rendra à Tunis pour faire la restitution.
Je pense donc que nous aurions besoin d'un passe supplémentaire pour le panel de
Haut Niveau. Cela nous fera deux passes : 1 pour la délégation du Sommet de
Bilbao et 1 pour le reste de la famille des Villes et Autorités Locales.
En espérant que cette requête sera examinée avec la plus grande attention, je
vous prie de croire, chers collègues, l'expression de mes salutations
cordiales.
