Robert,

When the CSB Secretariat was set up, there was division of labour: CONGO for
Secretarial support, NGLS for the website and ICV for Interpretation. ( that
is also how the funding for these tasks were devided)

That is different from so called “ political interaction” on behalf of CSB
with other bodies.

Best

Renata

Subject: [CS Bureau] Was there a a change in the CS political focal points
at the Prepcom?

In reading the documents below I notice that Geiger sent the note to Renate
and Ramin.

Aren't "official" communications supposed to go to our "political heads" -
ie. Renate and Viola...?

Was there a a change in the CS political focal points at the Prepcom? I
might have missed it. Please advise..

regards,

Robert

next week

Dear Renate and Ramin

Please find below an information of Ambassador Karklins. This information is
mainly for the Missions in Geneva which will negotiate next week, but
Ambassador Karklins asked us to send it to all stakeholders, so that the
negotiation process be transparent. You can share this information with
civil society.
