[CS Bureau] Re: Up date on ITU fellowships

Dear Renate,

I would like to know why the name of Maria Esther Mogollon, from Peeru, 
is not in this list. Her name was sent for Congo and she had sent the 
request form to UNDP too.

Could you please clarify urgently what happened. She is a Gender Caucus 
member very active in the Latin America region and one of the few people 
that work on ICTs and disability, been herself a person with disability.

I have a copy of the request that was sent to UNDP and CONGO too.
