Dear all.

I would highly recommend :

1/ Beatriz Busaniche, who could not participate
as much as she wanted in the second phase only because
the fellowship she usually benefited was not renewed because Argentina
was no longer considered as a LDC, ( but her financial
situation has not changed ! )
Her schedule, although busy, allows her to come in Tunis.
She will participate in the // events if she can make it.

2/ Yj Park who has been very active until the last PrepCom.
She has been able to come, only with the help from ITU fellowships.
I do not know her current schedule, and I hope she can come.

Best regards

Francis
