[CS Bureau] Was there a a change in the CS political focal points at the Prepcom?

Just for the sake of clarity, please find attached the document that 
was outlined about sharing of tasks by CONGO, NGLS and ICVolunteers 
after the Cape Town meeting. 

Considering final funding allocation, it has become what Renata 
described in her response.
