Philippe:
As I mentioned in my earlier (private) message - we indeed have a
lack of candidates from asia.
Knowing of Mr. Sagun's active role both in the WSIS proper and in
engaging youth and stakeholders in his region - I, recommend without
hesitation, his application for a fellowship.
