Dear Philippe and Alejandra,

I guess you have more pressing tasks. However, I should ask you to respond the following questions by the end of tomorrow. Otherwise, you would not get those equipment at free of charge.

I know I have a couple of questions I should answer. But I guess the answers would not influence your answers for those questions.

Please note that the list of equipment I indicated you on 24 August is just our request to the host country. The meeting between ITU and the host is scheduled for this Wednesday, in which those items should be mutually agreed upon.

I thank you for your cooperation.

Thank you all for the response given on time!
I guess there were tremendous efforts hidden behind the papers.

Allow me to give my preliminary comments and questions.
1. Regarding the information booth, could you provide me what you need there? I only found a request for a telephone.
I guess you may need 1 PC and 2 chairs in addition.
2. I understand the principle of the free choice of software. However, due to the network security reasons and the limitation of resources for maintenance, the settings of PCs for the CS space cannot be changed. If you wish to keep the free choice principle, you are asked to bring in your laptops. I look forward to your clarification. And please consider again how many PCs(Windows) you really need.
3. Unfiltered Internet access is one of our priorities.
4. 12 telephones are for local calls or for international calls? As I mentioned, if they are for international calls, CSB should bare the call charge.

Anyhow, I very much appreciate your effort and very timely response.

I do not forget my homework and I will get back to you as soon as possible, with much more questions on your requests.

Best regards

Toru Nakaya

Dear Mr. Nakaya,

Here is the final compilation of the CSB members' requests for the CS Space in Tunis. As I have also indicated in the document, it is a strong wish among the CS Bureau members that internet access will be free and unfiltered.

Attached is also a map showing how we would like the space to be divided. It is definitely not an architect's drawings, but the draft should explain our ideas.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,

Jette Madsen
