[CS Bureau] RE: Overpasses for WSIS High-level Panel

Regarding the High-level Panel of WSIS, which would most probably take place on 16 November at 18:00-20:00, it was decided that the Civl Society will be allocated 35 overpasses. Please note that the total number of seats in the Panel room is only 150.
