[CS Bureau] delayed arrival due to extraordinary traffic jam

Dear all:

It is a real tragidy for me to miss the flight to Geneva due to 
extraordinary traffic jam between downtown Tokyo and Narita Airport. 
Although I explored every route to reach Geneva in time, only opportunity I 
got is to stay extra night at narita Airport and get morning flight to 
Europe.
This will cause my absence to the CS programs and meetings on 18th Sunday.
For CS Bureau Meeting, I will ask Chikako Yamaki to delegate myself.

I will be arriving at 17:45 on 18th September and will check in at the 
Admiral Hotel near Cornavin Station.
If you have any message to me please send it to my e-mail or to the Hotel 
directly.
