ICTRC has send me the report of the WSIS regional CS meeting in Kish, which 
didn't take place, for your information. I appreciate that to keep this 
document among the CSB for the time being, as we should discuss it in one of 
the coming CSB meetings. Then we could decide to distribute it or not due to 
some sensitivities.
