[CS Bureau] chnge of CSB meetign time for Friday

Dear members of CSB,

As CONGO is planning to hold a very important event on the recent UN summit and its consequences from 13-15 on Friday, can I suggest to have CSB meeting of Friday after 15 or have it in a later time, even could be 18:00 pm. Please advise.I am sure many of us wish to be there.
