[CS Bureau] proposal on mediation by CSB

Dear Colleagues,

I just talked to Maryam and also closely listen to the human rights caucus meeting, I should say that is impossible to mediate and both parties,or even the human right defenders will not accept to sit in one room with other group (Tunisian NGOs). Our proposal to mediate will lead no-where. I myself like it very much and felt that its an important  act by CSB, but simply the ground is not ready for it. We should discuss it more in CSB.
