[CS Bureau] IMPORTANT - Request of overpasses for Tunis Summit - role ofCS WG/Caucuses coordinators

Dear coordinators of CS Families/Caucuses/WG,

This is a quick reminder of the deadline for the request procedure for
overpasses, as established by the CS Bureau.

Just to clarify, note that the attribution process for HLP overpasses is a
positive notification of interest from each caucus.

As regards overpasses for Plenary meetings, we do not request a nominative list
of expected participants, but only the expected number of caucus member who
would participate in Tunis Summit.

Find attached the guidelines established by the CSB, in English and French. CS
Caucuses/families/WG coordinators are kindly requested to send us this
information before 12:00 today (Friday 30 Sept.).

Some of you already sent us their answer. Acknowledgement receipts were only
sent on request.
