I will reply now, for sure someone from our region will be there 
representing the family in the CSB, name not yet decided.we didn't book 
anything and please to be a normal hotel, not like Etap in Geneva!!the dates 
are one day before and one day over the summit.

Dear Bureau Members,

We've extensively discussed the possibility for CSB members to be 
accommodated
in the same hostel in Tunis, for practical convenience and for better
interaction.

But even though a general agreement has emerged that this possibility mustbe
explored, we need more information to start a coordination process for this
accommodation.

Therefore we need to know from each Bureau Member:

     1)  Will you be in Tunis? What will be the dates of your stay?

     2)  Did you already take an arrangement for accommodation in Tunis? If 
yes,
where?

     3)  Do you have any recommendation or preference as regards the hostel 
to
be chosen by the CSB members in Tunis?

Please send us your answers and comments early next week, preferably no 
later
than Tuesday.
