Dear All,
firstly let me congratulate you all for still having energy to debate these
issues!, secondly on behalf of our group I could say that we still believe
that we need some mechanisms to deal with procedural issues and defending
the CS rights in negotiations with secretariats (WSIS or else), WSIS is not
finished and still going on, but we need to really thinking of reforming CSB
and maybe even re-establishing it in a new way.
other option is to keep what we already have and improve it, not
re-inventing the wheel, which then reform is more appropriate. There is a
charter for CSP and one for CSB which both prepare by WG on methods and ..
and both adopted by the CSP.We still have a big fight ahead of us with
regard to internet governance and other issues, the battle has just started,
save your energies for then.
We also totally are in favour of preparing a evaluation and also a for
history document on CSB work, count on us.
Best regards
Amir
