These events were announced in late August, but not enough
attention were given to them, in the shadow of the IGF.
This is regrettable.

I have done the best I could. In late august, I broke
a lower vertebra of my spinal cord, and only
slowly recovering.

For the disability caucus, the line C3 is obviously
quite important, and a caucus representative
  should be included in the multi-stakeholder coordinating
team.

For the next UNESCO action lines meetings,
we will try to do better.
